A Look at the Ultra Luxurious New Sindalah Artificial Island and Yacht Club Destination in the Red Sea

Construction is well underway in north-western Saudi Arabia on the ultra luxurious new Sindalah artificial island in the Red Sea as part of the country's $500 billion Neom project, which will see several futuristic developments created under the watchful eye of Saudi’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

The 840,000-square-metre Sindalah Island, which is set to be completed in 2024, will be the first of 10 projects that will be brought to life as part of the Neom mega-development in north-eastern Saudi Arabia, with the island expected to become a billionaire's playground featuring an 86-berth marina and yacht club, two nine-hole golf courses, 38 restaurants and a beach club with several luxury hotels containing a total of over 400 rooms.

Upon completion, the luxury metropolis will also offer over 300 serviced apartments and villas, plus 51 luxury retail outlets “providing a scenic gateway to the Red Sea that will become the region’s most exciting and attractive tourism location,” according to Bin Salman.

Designed by Luca Dini Design and Architecture, the Sindalah artificial island will be a playground for the world's luxury travellers, ideally-located in the Red Sea for connectivity to the nearby Mediterranean.

With its incredible array of amenities, state-of-the-art marine facilities, strategic location and exceptional natural landscapes, Sindalah is expected to become established as one of the most alluring islands in the Red Sea,” according to the developers.

Sindalah is expected to start welcoming guests to enjoy its exquisite facilities and exclusive offerings from early 2024.
